JIFF INDIA 2013 : The world’s fastest growing film festival.

The 5th Jaipur International Film Festival-JIFF is taking place between January 27 to 31, 2013. With an epic combination of words, picture and sound, it celebrates one hundred years of Indian Cinema.

The regular deadline for the submission of Short film/Documentary/Animation film is 15th October 2012 and for the Feature Film is 30th of October 2012.

An over view of their program of JIFF- 2013
1. Film screenings – both in competition and non competition categories
2. Exhibition: Photo/poster exhibition, shooting locations in Rajasthan and Costume exhibitions
3. Workshops/Seminars /Open Forums /Filmmakers Sessions
4. The Merchant screening with new dimensions
5. 1913-2013 the screening of 10 greatest Indian films
6. JIFF will be celebrated 2 times – 27th to 31st January and 3rd to 5th May. The main event (Winter JIFF) will be celebrated in the month of January (27th to 31st). The Summer JIFF will be celebrated from 3rd to 5th May due to the fact that the great Indian Cinema will complete its 100 years on May 3rd.
