Another piece of amazing news from Northern Film + Media, in collaboration with Generator this time, is their project Space Invasion that will take place in September.
Space Invasion is a one-off evening of cutting-edge creative collaborations, featuring headliners Ghostpoet. Space Invasion is the culmination of one of the UK’s most ambitious Arts Council England/BBC Space projects, and is being filmed for The Space, an experimental £2.5m digital arts initiative developed by Arts Council England in partnership with the BBC.
The evening also features live performances from special guest Raj Pannu (Coldcut) and The Tipping Point artists Lulu James, Jethro Fox and Seye, as well as screenings of specially-commissioned works by SBTRKT, Lanterns on the Lake featuring Novak Collective, and Paul Smith (Maximo Park).
